Really this photo is just about another spectacular sky over Cape Cod. Some days the light show is just amazing but make sure you are set up with your beach chair and bottle of wine early because this performance does not last long.

This shot was take a while back when we were having less then consistent winter weather around here. Hot, cold, hot, cold… Anyway with big changes in heat comes really nice ground fog. Ground fog equals drama and I like drama!
I made this image a few months ago when I was on a hike with my son August. I love these patches of pillow soft moss. They keep their vibrant green color late into the season and really punctuate the brown deciduous forest floor.
